Replacement balances

Question

I'm looking for replacements for 5 windows with this balance. The only markings I can find on them is the 29 3 B.S.I OL. Can you tell me what part I need?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help you decide on the correct replacement balances for your window. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your (29 3) stamp.
