Replacement balances

I believe we can help replace these balances, but I need to see a clear picture of the top nylon fitting, or the one on the other end of the metal channel. From there I should be able to narrow this down for you. 

This is pretty unusual. It looks like you had an S395-29 in this window (the balance that has a shoe with no 'wings', or those side tabs) as well as a balanced with a winged shoe, possibly our S385-29. Is there another window in the house, of identical size, that has both balances intact? That would probably tell you which of these you should use for the window going forward. In either event you'll need a stamp option of 2830.
