Replacement balances

I have 2 of these windows that close if you open them at all.

They are sh-7500 by Lawson

What do I need to provide you?

Hello,

It sounds like the support balances on the sides of the window need to be replaced. We would need to see your original balance uninstalled, along with and attachments and numbers stamped on it, to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos to assist you, depending on the try of hardware your window uses. Thank you.
