Replacement balances

Question

Hi, I need to replace some balances that look like these. They have the #2320 Q on them. The top plastic piece is broken on most of them
Is this something you can help me with?

Hello there!

We can certainly help with this. It will just need to be a custom order since we don't have a stock balance that uses the same top fitting as yours. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 24" long which excludes the fittings. I'd also like for you to measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell me what you find. Lastly, can you tell me the number of balances you'd like to replace?
