Hi,
Have no marking on old coils. Cassette at top of sash housed double coils on both side. The length of the sash from the bottom of the cassette housing at the top of the sash to where the shoe with the window closed is 53". The window weighs 20lb. Wish to buy the entire balance assembly (cassette, coil, shoe) with 2 right hand and 2 left hand for 2 windows.

Thanks for the photos. Your coil balance shoe reminds me of the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below. Double check with the measurements from your shoe to confirm that this is the right fit.
Alternate image for 15-191
This shoe is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance. Since your sash weighs 20lbs, you'll be able to use the S160-10, which is a 10lb coil. You may also need the 15-150S Coil Single Support.
