Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to start by seeing the connection point between the pulley and spring inside the balance channel to determine the correct replacements. We'll also need to confirm the stamp code on the metal channel, which corresponds to the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We're heading in the right direction but we'll still need to confirm the stamp code on the metal channel, which I can't quite make out in your photo.

There isn't any stamp code on the product I'll have to check and see if any of the other ones have a code

If there is no stamp, we'll need to know the weight of the sash that the balances support to determine the strength option for your replacement balances. We'll also need to know the exact depth of the bottom fitting to narrow down your options.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" deep bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

As for your stamp code, it's tough to be sure but it looks like it may read 23 5. If so, you'll also need 2350 spring strength options for your replacement balances, which will support a sash between 23-27 lbs. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Unforutnately, we are not able to make our exact dimensions from photos but it looks like your shoe may be over 1" deep. If so, you'll need the S385-24
