Replacement balances for Kinro windows

Question

I need to know which part to order for my Kinro windows. They are 27" channel length and the width of the bottom piece is 1" (as seen in the photos. I have 4 29 pound windows and 1 14.5 pounds window that I need to replace the balances on. Please advise as to what party number I need. The balance for the larger windows are stamped with 26.4 and the smaller window with 26.3. (Based on other posts I've seen, I'm guessing the S380 in the 2630 option for the smaller window and the 2650 option for the larger windows). Thanks!

Thanks for posting. Good work--if the shoe depth is 1", then you do need the Series 380. It looks that way from the photo, but photos of measuring tape can be deceiving, so be sure to double and triple check to be safe. If so, then you do need the S380-27. For the balances stamped 26-3, use the 2630 stamp option;; for the balances stamped 26-4, go with 2640. Let me know if you have further questions.
