Replacement balances for Single Hung Window

Hi,

I would like to replace the balances on my single hung tilt window. They are the spiral type measuring at 28.5 inches from top to bottom,excluding anything beyond the tube portion, only the actual tube was measured. I think the diameter is 3/8". I think I will need to replace the pivot shoes as well and need the charging tool to do this. I've taken photos of the parts and hope you can help me identify the correct parts. If you can give me the exact order parts with numbers so I can process the order, I would really appreciate it.

Hello,

Take a look at our S900-29 spiral balance and 75-006 charging tool. To identify your pivot shoe, we would need to see it removed from the window, along with the width and thickness to compare to our selection. Thank you!
