Replacement balances for double hung windows

Question

We would like to purchase replacement spring  balances for tilt out sashes double hung wooden windows. The  original brand of windows is Pozzi, a company that has -been purchased by Jeld wen. These parts are a plastic case 3 1/2 inches wide and 53 1/2" long. They are spring loaded.we may need approximately 10 pair.

It sounds like you need new coil balances. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
