It looks like you have a 15-191 pivot shoe with single spring nylon cover 15-150S. YOur coil can be replaced with our Series 160, 1/2" wide coil spring. Check your old spring for a spring weight number stamped on it. If you don't see one, weigh your sash and we'll help from there!
