I am looking to get replacement channel balances for 10 windows in my home. These are for Norandex windows. The metal channels are 30" long and 9/16" wide. They have a marking of 2940 BSI. The depth of the shoe is less than 1" from being worn down, but I believe it is a 15-005. I will be needing 10 pairs of these.

Thanks for posting. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for your existing channel balances, but I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments to identify it. The stamp from the balance can only tell us the weight range the balances can support but they do not help to identify the series.
