Replacement balances needed for Millard window

Hi, I have a single hung non tiltable window by Millard with a failed balance. Part number is 26 5 FR from Caldwell. Can you help identify the proper replacement. Need both sides. Thank you.

Hello!

Take a look at the S380-27 and S385-27 with the 2650 stamp option. The important difference between these parts is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
