Replacement balances and top sash guides

Looking for 4 counter balances and window guides. 28 1/4 3 are my stamp codes I?m attaching pics the windows are GA windows the two styles of guides are also in the pics that I need

Thanks for contacting us. I believe you can replace your top sash guide with our 18-066. As for the balance, it will have to be specially made. Can you just tell me how many you need? Can you also confirm that the metal channel is exactly 28-1/4", as indicated by your stamp?

Yes it is 28.25. The 18-066 is only one of the sashes in the pics. There are two distinctive types. I need 4 balances and two of each of the sash guides

Ah, I'm sorry for not clarifying: our 18-066 should replace both top sash guides you show in your photo. I should have mentioned that part but I was probably so focused on the custom balance that it slipped my mind! But yes, single-hole top sash guide you show is actually an older model of the double-hole guide next to it. The single-hole version isn't made anymore but the double hole guide we sell will be a good replacement.
