Replacement bolt for top door pivot hinge

Question

I have a damaged door pivot hinge.  The bolt on the top pivot is damaged, so the screw is not able to go fully into the ceiling plate.  Somehow the threading on the inside of the bolt got damaged, so the screw only goes halfway.  You will see this in the photos.  Basically I need to replace the top pivot but I have not been able to find it.

Thanks for reaching out! I can't say that I recognize the pivot from your door, unfortunately. Also, there isn't anything in our inventory that would work as a suitable replacement.
