Replacement bubble seal for Pozzi casement

Home Owner from Juneau Ak
Hi

All of the weather stripping seals on our Pozzi windows have failed. They are literally falling apart.

They appear to be bubble seal with a kerf edge that attaches to the window frame. I believe the replacement seals will need to be nailed or tacked to the frame as one can't remove the old seal kerf or insert the new kerf in frame without completely dismantling the window frame.

I have attached some photos but it is hard to see the old seal Material. The vertical casement windows have a gap of about 3/16" while the horizontal awning windows have a 1/4" gap.

Do you have anything that might work?
Thanks Mike

Hey, Mike. How about our 58-053? Could you possibly use this as a replacement? Let me know what you think.

Hi Tom

No, I don't think your 58-053 will work as I don't have a slot for the new kerf. The old material is basically in the slot and I can't remove it.
Do you have a material that could be tacked in place? Perhaps a P shaped type profile with the bulb being the top of the P and tack down the tail of the P? See attached.

Thanks for getting back to us, Mike. I'm not sure if we have anything in that size that has a nail-on flange. You might have to cut in the window to accommodate the leg.
