Replacement casement window

Question

I need to replace 1 of 2 casement windows on a bay window unit. What specific information do you require for me to order the proper part? Looking from the exterior, it is the casement sash on the right. The close up pictures uploaded are of the sash that doesn't require replacement.

Unfortunately, our company does not carry replacement sashes. We specialize in small repair parts such as locks and hinges. If you need the entire sash, I would recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly.
