Please identify this Truth part. I want to replace. both L&R. It does not match 100% any of the Truth parts you show. The actual mfr. of the window is no longer in business.

The operator shown in your first photo resembles an older-style version of the 39-220B, which uses the 39-376 handle with cover. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match. We also offer the 39-221B opposite-handed version, which uses the 39-375 handle with cover. Thanks for posting!
