Replacement casement window cranks

Question

I can not find any markings on these. I also do not see any parts where the one arm is fixed to the window ledge? Can you help us identify the correct one we need? Just the teeth on the handle are stripped so not sure if just those can be replaced or if the entire thing needs replacement.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! We do not sell an exact match for the type of casement operator you are searching for but I believe our 39-171 should work fine as a replacement. The opposite handed version is part 39-172.

Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing operator to confirm. The offset is a little more dramatic but we have been told by past customers that it attaches to the bracket and functions well enough as a replacement.
