Replacement casement window hinges

I need to replace the hinges on two casement windows. I cannot see any product identifiers on these windows. One sticks badly and the other one slides out of the slide as the window closes. The existing hinges are 10" or maybe a little less than 10". They have three screw holes (see photos). I am considering getting two sets of 36-004-10 hinges, the recommended #8 X 3/4" screws and the wrench. Will these work with my windows?

Thanks for posting. Based on appearances, yes, the 36-004-10 seems like a promising match. I'd double-check the dimensions listed below with your old hinge just to be safe, but if the base bar is a little less than 10" I think you'll be OK, since there seems to be ample room to install the newer hinges. Just be sure to replace both hinges in a window at the same time. Let me know if you have further questions.
