Replacement casement window lock and handle

I have identified Maxim multipoint lock, long slider 38-096 as the most likely replacement for my broken item. I have verified all available dimensions on the 2 plans shown on your webpage. Before I order 2 of these I attach 2 additional dimensions which I have taken - please see attached pictures.
Please confirm these match your available product 38-096. Thank you

The 38-096 indeed looks like a match. The important measurements are the installation hole center spacing and the projection of the fork as shown below. You'll want to make sure your old lock matches these specifications as well.
