Replacement casement window operators for Truth Maxim

Hello, I have several worn out casement window operators (right and left) that I would like to replace. These are Truth Maxim line of products. If you provide me with the following part numbers, I can figure our the rest:
- Truth Maxim Dual Arm Casement Operator, 10 3/8", with square plastic guides
- Truth Maxim Straight/ Single Arm Casement Operator, approximately 13", with square plastic guides
- Plastic guide/ track slider

Also, an installation tip: what type of adhesive do you use when re-installing the lower sill? silicone? And particular brands you recommend?

Hello,

Your dual arm operators resemble one of the Encore replacement pairs shown in the video below. Keep in mind that the track slider at the end of the straight arm is the primary difference.

As for your single-arm operators, take a look and compare the specifications of the options we've related on this page to your assembly. If you're still not sure, we would need to see the fitting that attaches the operator arm to the sash.

As for reattaching the sill trim, it is normally attached to the base of the window with small finishing nails as shown in the second video below. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
