Replacement casement window parts

See photos. I ordered your replacement handle 39-226 and it works with my windows, however, now I need replacement arms and it looks like you have to order the whole crank assembly but the cranks you have are male do you have female hex cranks? This is for an apartment community with hundreds of windows and I would like to be able to replace either the arm or the crank not both otherwise it could get really expensive.

Hello,

The female hex operator is discontinued but you can update to something like our 39-329 operator, which works with a 39-114L handle. Thanks for posting!

no. I was asking if you have female hex cranks, Since I have male hex handles

Sorry for the confusion. They no longer make female operators like yours. The manufacturer discontinued that style and now only make the 39-329, which is male. You will need the new female 39-114L handle for these to function.

I'm afraid there's no way for us to supply your older style operator.
