Replacement channel

Thanks for writing in. We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be a custom order due to its unique design. We just need a little more information to be able to help you. First off, can you show us a picture of the same nylon fitting you show in your first photo, but from the side? And can you also show us a picture of the clip at the end of the cord that comes out of that nylon fitting. Next, can you show us a picture of the nylon fitting at the other end of the balance? Finally, how many balances do you need? From there we'll get this started for you. Many thanks.
