A home owner from Jupiter Florida says:
I need two of these. It's 30 inches from metal to metal edge. Appears aluminum. Please direct me what the appropriate replacement would be.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

That stamp code indicates the strength of the spring inside the balance, but not its identity. To know this, can you show us the nylon fitting on the other end of the metal channel as well? That should help narrow this down.

A home owner from Jupiter Florida says:
Is this what you are asking for?

Yes, that's perfect thanks. See our S395-30. You'll need a stamp option of 2940.
