Replacement channel balance

A quick learner from Boca Raton, FL says:
My damaged channel balance is stamped 2320. It is 24" long. The attachments at the top and bottom are shown in the photos. Which series matches these attachments?

Thanks,
Matthew

Thanks for contacting us, Matthew. Your top fitting looks like our 19-037 while your bottom fitting looks like our 15-005. Do these look good to you? If so, we'll have to custom make this balance since the combination isn't standard.

If that's okay with you, tell me how many you need and I'll email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity.

A quick learner from Boca Raton, FL says:
Hi Tom.
I appreciate all the time you spent figuring this out.

I managed to reuse the old fittings (and even reuse the old rivets) on an extra channel balance that I had. So I don't need anything more right now. When the next one fails, at least I will know who to turn to for help, you and your company.

Thanks again,
Matthew
