Replacement channel balance

Question

Hello, I need help in finding the correct replacement for channel balance in non tilt type window. The channel balance measures 32 inchs long and only marking I can see looks to me as 3030. I believe my windows were made in the in 1985-1998 time period. Photos are attached.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the other side or another window in the house.

I would also recommend double-checking the length to make sure you are only including the metal channel in your measurement and not the end attachments. In most cases, a balance stamped with 3030 would have a 31" long metal channel. Thank you!
