Replacement channel balance

Hello, thanks for your informative website and videos.

I am trying to identify the correct channel balance for my windows. Attached are pictures of the identifying stamp and the end of the balance.

There are six identical windows with varying degrees of wobbliness, so I figure it's best too get them all done. There may be another two smaller windows to repair, but I don't have identifying information for them yet.

Any help you can provide is most welcome.

Hey there, thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Let me know if it does not match either measurement. You'll need to select the 260 stamp for a 13 to 19lb window.
