Replacement channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply your balance but it will have to be a custom order. The key detail here is the stamp; specifically, how your stamp starts with "86." That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. I'll just need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fitting in order to get this moving for you. Custom orders are nonrefundable so it's important we have photos to ensure we get you the right hardware for the job. 

Thanks for the photos! We see these stamps often so we're confident it's an 86. What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time. 

I'm afraid there aren't. Our stock balances cannot replace those with an 86 stamp, unfortunately. We've tried it before and the standard balances always end up breaking. The manufacturer specifically designed your balance to only be replaced by others with the same 86 stamp and it's what they recommend. You're more than welcome to give the standard balances a shot if you'd like.
