Replacement channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you have special "extended-travel" type channel balances, named for the way the block and tackle system is configured. We can supply these, but since they're not stock parts it will have to be a custom order.

We need a bit more information from you before we proceed. To start, we need to see a clear picture of the metal clip that was at the end of the cord. Yours appears to have broken off of each balance in your photos, so you'll have to get an undamaged version of this balance. It may seem like a small detail, but it is essential, so we need that metal clip to proceed.

I'll also need to know what stamp was printed on the metal channel. A clear photo would also suffice. If there is no stamp or if it's faded from age, I'll instead need to know the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce.

Next, please measure the length of the metal channel and write out what you get. I'm unfortunately not able to garner your length from just a photo of a tape measure; written dimensions are necessary. The metal channel is the only thing you want to measure, don't include the nylon fittings.

Finally, how many of these altogether did you need?
