Replacement channel balance

Question

I am trying to replace a channel balance, but I do not know which series it is. The stamped number on the metal channel is 2620, but I have no idea which series it belongs to. I also need the clips that attach to the window.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2620.
