Replacement channel balance inquiry
Your window balance is similar to a few series we supply. I'll need to see a photo of the spring side of the channel to narrow down the possible recommendations. Particularly, the bracket connecting the cord and the spring.

The balances you have are either S380-27 or the S385-27. You'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to confirm the right replacement. The series are labeled on the diagram below.
I believe you'll need the 2650 stamp option but it would be encouraged to double check that your sash weighs between 26 to 30lbs.
Happy to help! There are two methods you can use to weigh the sash. The first is to weigh the sash by sitting it on a scale.
The second is to weigh yourself with and without the sash. Then, take the difference between those two numbers.
