Replacement channel balance with different marking

A quick learner from North Haven, CT says:

I'm trying to replace a 15" channel balance but the one I am replacing is stamped with 1490. Should I select the 1460 option? Or is there something else that is a better match?

Good question. I believe our S351-15 channel balance may be the balance you need. In this case, the best way to determine which option to choose would be to have you weigh your sash on a scale and correspond that number to our sash weight chart on the balance page.
