Replacement channel balance and window lock.

Question

Weather Shield Window - Single Hung - Need replacement channel balance.
Channel balance - number on part - DB-L02 21 REG and DB-L02 30 REG
DB-L02 21 channel measures 22"
DB-L02 30 channel measure 31"
Width is 1/2" and depth is 5/8"
See attached photos of channel balance installed and removed.

Window lock - Need replacement inserts - See photo of cracked inserts and window lock.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S751 channel balance to your assembly, which appears to match the parts shown in your photos. It looks like your 31" balance has a 30HD strength code stamped on it. You'll need to locate the stamp on the 22" balance as well to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
