Replacement channel balance and window parts

Good afternoon:

I have a 30" channel balance with 18.2 lb sash, 1/2 inch channel. The plastic bracket that goes into the top of each side of the sash (which catches the channel balance) also needs to be replaced. The window bracket is 7/8 of an inch across the top. I have attached a few pics of the shows on each end of the channel balance. Any help in figuring out which channel balance and show brackets I need are greatly appreciated. The top bracket on the channel balance is 1.25 inches tall.

Thank you, Paul! Those parts look like exactly what I needed. I went ahead and ordered enough for one window so that I can give it a try. If these all match up, I'll be ordering ones for the rest of the windows in my home. I appreciate your expertise and help!
