Replacement channel balances

Hello,
I ordered and received 2 28" Series 380 Channel Balances (S380-28, option 2730) to replace my broken balances. However, the new ones are slightly different than the old ones, including about an inch shorter. In the photos, the new balances are on top and the old balances below. Photo 4 shows the imprint on the old balance. I have not tried to install the new balances. Will these work and, if not, which ones do I need to order instead? Thank you.

Hello, Lin. The new balances will not work, no. Based on your old stamp, which reads "28 3," you need a 29" balance instead. I recommend returning the balances you already bought for a refund and placing a new order at your convenience.
