Thanks for posting. Your channel balances look a lot like our S395-29. The length of metal channel of this balance should be 30" and you'll need to select the 2930 stamp for a 16 to 23lb window.

The top sash guide looks similar to our 18-166. Carefully confirm the measurements to determine if this is the right fit for you.
