Replacement channel balances

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Oddly, both balances have different stamps. If they're used in the same window, the stamps should be the same. Can you weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight? That will allow us to determine the appropriate stamp option for your replacements. 

Great, thanks so much! Based on the photos you've uploaded, I recommend the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 2320 stamp option for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 9 to 15 pounds.
