Replacement channel balances for CWS windows

Thanks for posting. It appears you have either our S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option, choose 2940 for the balances stamped 29-4. For the balances stamped 29-9, this is a stamp from an outdated rating system. You will need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash that uses these balances. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp on the shop page.
