Replacement channel balances needed

Question

I can't find any ID on the windows at all but they are 37 year old black painted aluminium.  I'm guessing these are a 390 series but I'll leave that up to you.  There's also what I think is a newer channel (same length, same ends as the others) that says 28 1/4 AK Caldwell on it.  The metal channels are 29-1/4" long and I need the little plastic holding clips as well.  Thanks for your help!  Glenn

It looks like you have either our S351-30, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-30, with a 15-001 bottom attachment as long as the metal channel measures exactly 30" long. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2930 spring strength option.

Unforutnately, we are not able to supply these balances with 29-1/4" long metal channels. We apologize for the inconvenience.

As for the top sash guides, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 18-066 to yours. The style and material are clearly different but these could still work if they are the same size. Thanks for posting!
