Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on your photos, I recommend our S380-24 or S385-24 channel balances with the 2320 stamp. The difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below to see which Series is best for your repair.

The depth of the bottom shoe is 1 inch.

That corresponds to S380-24. Correct?

I will need two of them.

Yes, that's correct! You can select the 2320 stamp option for your replacements too.

I don't understand what the 2320 stamp option is. How is it different from the S380-24?

On the S380-24 store page, there will be a list of numbers under Option. You'll want to select the 2320 option based on your old 23 2 stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 9 to 15 pounds. I hope this helps.
