I am replacing the weatherstrip that runs along the the check rail of a Jeld-Wen aluminum clad double hung window. It is a kerf mount bubble seal, with a 5/16" diameter of the bubble and a base extension length of 1/4".
I believe that your product# 58-053 is the correct choice, but would you mind reviewing the attached photos (sorry about the degraded state of the sample in the photos) and confirm?

I agree that the bubble seal shown in your photo resembles the 58-053. Ultimately, the dimensions will be the determining factor. The dimensions that you provided match ours shown below, so you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
