I'm looking for the right coil balance for this shoe and mount, the shoe says AI-87598

This looks like a 15-192 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains more.

I ordered a s170 (334) and the window sash was too heavy for that coil balance, just trying to see if you can tell me which one to order. The sash is 48in x 30in.

Can you give me the exact weight of the window sash? I should be able to work out the spring weights you need from there.
