Hello!
We have jeld-wen windows I believe (series 2500 is only designation I can find). The coil is broken on the right side (picture 2897s). The other two pictures are the two parts on the right side. I'm just not sure what replacement parts to buy.
I couldn't find any help on jeld-wen site. Thank you for your help!

Hi, Dave.
It looks like you might have our 15-111 pivot shoe which uses the Series 160 coil spring. You'll just need to remove your pivot shoe from your window to confirm that your dimensions match up to ours.
