Replacement coil balance parts

Question

I am looking for everything I need to replace the coil balance system on my double hung vinyl windows. I cannot determine the maker but they are approx 27 years old.
On the Coil it reads: OMEGA #3, 5 33"
The privot shoe is 1/2" thick and approx 3-1/16" wide.
The Coil carrier is 3-1/4" Long and 1-1/4" wide
I have included pictures of everything as they were found in the window and also after they had been removed.
What should I order?

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 shown below, which is used with S160 coil springs. The stamp code in your original coils indicates that you would need the S160-3 replacements. Take a look at the related parts and thanks for posting!
