Image 1 is the broken coil balance. It's a dual coil balance. The detent clip is 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide. The sash is 8 lbs. I need.to.replace the coil balances and shoe for the upper sash on both sides. Image 2 shows the lower balance and shoe unbroken for reference.
I also need to replace one of the pivot pims (image provided). Please let me know when replacement parts will work. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. I recommend our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 double spring clip, and 15-182 bushings. For the coil spring, see our Series 190. You'll need the stamp on the old spring to confirm the best Series 190 option. The closest pivot bar we have to yours is our 26-360. Look over this hardware and see what you think.

I see the stamp on the coil spring is 5 which would match the series 190-540. If the coil, the detent clip and bushings seem intact, Will the replacement pivot shoe work with the existing other intact hardware?

Yes, the spring will be our S190-540 and you'll just need to replace the broken window parts.
Thank you!
