Replacement coil balances

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident there is a replacement coil balance assembly we can recommend to you however, I'll need a bit more information.

To start, may I please see a photo of the pivot shoe and the coil removed from the window? You'll also need to have the shoe removed to confirm any measurements. 

Once I have a better idea of what is in the window, I'll be able to confirm the most accurate replacement.
