Hello there. This looks like the 15-102 Double Side Load Carrier, which uses Series 145 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Are there different pounds or weights for the size of the window or is it one fits all?

These are not one size fits all, no. Individual coil springs are specifically calibrated to carry a specific weight ranges. If you haven't already, I highly recommend visiting the Series 145 store page I linked to above to see what weight options we carry. There should be a stamp on your old spring that tells you exactly how much weight each one supports.
