Replacement coil balances and tilt window latches

Question

I need to replace balances on both sides of window. Not sure if they're double or something else. Also window latches on both sides.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe along with 15-086 Tandem Housing. This shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Balances. Look for stamp codes on the individual coil springs to know what spring weights to select. If you're uncertain, weigh your window sash; give us that exact weight and we'll tell you the spring weights we need. For your tilt latches, start by looking at our 26-243 and 26-244. Look the dimensions over and see if they match what you need.
