Replacement coil for Pella windows

Hi, I am in need of help finding a replacement for my windows the coil system broke and the window is very heavy to lift. Can you please advise which part I need to purchase to replace.

Hi Kate,

Thanks for your post! We typically suggest using the 15-251 Inverted Universal Single Support to replace the coil assembly you have here. This support is used with the Series 160 Coil Balance, anchored to the window track using the 16-032 Mounting Clip.

Yours is marked with a 9, so you'll need the S160-09.
