Replacement coil springs - Caldwell Quicktilt 7R

I need to replace the coil springs. This window is a Catalina H-R20-48x96. The mechanism is a Caldwell Quicktilt and is marked '7R' (see photo) The springs are marked '7LI'. I not see a similar spring on your website. What do you recommend?

This looks like our S140-7 Quick-tilt assembly. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to confirm. Thanks for posting!
